Electronic Design Automation (EDA)

Under the direction of: Prof. Dr.-Ing. Jürgen Scheible

We  focus our research topics on methodical improvements of design flows for analog circuits. One thematic focus is the automatic creation of schematics and layouts, considering constraints. In doing so, we pursue our goal to make automation accessible to the practical knowledge of designers. The implementation of the developed techniques is made possible by software from Cadence Design Systems. The rbz is a member of the Cadence Academic Network, who significantly assists these research activities.
